UNIC Celebrates Erasmus Info Day 2025 in the Framework of Erasmus Days

The University of Nicosia Erasmus Office successfully organised its annual Erasmus Info Day on 16 October 2025, as part of the Erasmus Days celebrations.

The event brought together some of the most active NGOs engaged in Erasmus+ projects, as well as key collaborators and partners, including representatives from the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), and the Career Success Centre (CSC) of the University of Nicosia.

The Info Day served as a dynamic platform to promote mobility opportunities for study, work, and volunteering, as well as career development and international cooperation offered through the Erasmus+ Programme. Students and staff had the opportunity to engage directly with organisations and institutions that actively contribute to shaping the Erasmus+ experience in Cyprus and beyond.

This year, the UNIC Erasmus Office has secured the largest Erasmus+ budget to date, further expanding opportunities for student and staff mobility, one of the Office’s core priorities.

Since its inception, the Erasmus+ Programme has supported over 16 million participants across Europe in education, training, youth, and sport. What began as a university student exchange initiative has evolved into a comprehensive Programme fostering learning, inclusion, volunteering, and international cooperation.

The UNIC Erasmus Office extends its warmest thanks to all participants, partners, and guests who contributed to the success of the event and helped raise awareness about the mobility and volunteering opportunities offered through the Erasmus+ Programme in Cyprus.
