My PhD in Education Sciences, with an emphasis in Educational Technologyat the University of Nicosia was the turning point in my career.
The research methodology and critical thinking I cultivated through this degree has equipped me with the tools needed to take on the role of the Director of Strategic Development at the Centre for Social Innovation (CSI). Thanks to the knowledge and skills gained, I contributed to securing funding to design and lead Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ programmes that have a real impact on communities. The programme helped me both as a researcher and as a strategic leader.
