Dr. Panteleimon Rentoulis

Adjunct faculty member in UNIC Athens teaching Greek Private Law, Adjunct faculty member in University of Nicosia, during 2020-2026, teaching Greek Civil Procedural Law for five semesters (Spring 2020, Fall 2024, Spring 2025, Fall 2025 and Spring 2026) and Family Law for one semester (Spring 2024), Lawyer-Partner in “Praxis Law Firm” and scientific advisor in three legal journals (Review of Civil and Civil Procedure, Review of Civil Procedure and Greek Justice). During my twenty-year professional and academic career, I have been focused on private law and especially on civil procedural law. I have conducted numerous seminars concerning various topics of Greek civil procedure. I have published several articles in legal journals, as well as five monographs and participated in books concerning civil procedure (commentaries on the Greek Civil Procedure Code, interim measures, non-contentious proceedings, enforcement proceedings).
