Dr. Aliki Peletidi

Dr Aliki Peletidi, PhD, SFHEA, MPharm, is Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy Programme (MPharm) Coordinator at UNIC Athens. She is also Coordinator of the University of Nicosia’s Distance Learning MSc in Applied Clinical Practice in the Community Pharmacy. She holds an MPharm and a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy Practice and Public Health from Kingston University London and is a registered pharmacist in the United Kingdom, Greece and Cyprus. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). Her research focuses on clinical and community pharmacy practice, public health and primary healthcare, with particular emphasis on advanced pharmacy services, disease prevention and management, medication adherence, health inequalities, digital health and artificial intelligence in pharmacy practice. She participates in national and international research collaborations and funded projects and supervises research at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Dr Peletidi serves as the University of Nicosia Academic Representative to the FIP–UNESCO UNITWIN Centre for Excellence in the European Region and as Associate Editor of the Journal of Pharmaceutical Policy and Practice. She is also Academic Director for Education and Public Health Services at the Federation of Cooperative Pharmacists of Greece (OSFE), contributing to pharmacists’ continuing professional development and the development and evaluation of pharmacy-led public health services. Her academic work includes peer-reviewed publications, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, book chapters and presentations at international scientific conferences. She has also contributed to the translation and scientific editing of international pharmacy textbooks into Greek, supporting the transfer of contemporary international knowledge into Greek-language pharmacy education and professional practice.
