NEOLAiA Diversity and Inclusion Survey

You are invited to participate in an online survey being carried out on behalf of the NEOLAiA European University Alliance.

NEOLAiA brings together nine universities across Europe with a shared commitment to diversity and inclusion – this means that we actively promote and recognise that all people have equal worth. As a student or employee, your experience of university life is at the heart of that commitment and we genuinely want to hear from you. This survey aims to monitor the implementation of the NEOLAiA Diversity and Inclusion Charter at our university.

We want to know about your experiences of dignity, equality, discrimination and inclusion/exclusion at the University of Nicosia. Whether your experiences have been good or bad, all of these are important to shape our understanding of the impact of the diversity and inclusion charter, and, to see where further work is necessary. Your voice is important to us.

The survey will take 15-20 minutes of your time. It is conducted by an external monitoring team, and all responses are completely anonymous – so no-one at your institution would be able to see your responses. The survey will be open until 10 June 2026.

The final report will be sent to the NEOLAiA Work Package 3 team, to inform strategic planning to improve experiences of dignity at all partner universities.
