Andreas S. Michaelides received the MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical Power Engineering from the Technical University of Ilmenau in Thüringen – Germany in May 1985 and December 1988, respectively. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Nicosia. His current research interests include: ’Sniper-System’ An instant shooting results targeting system (www.sniper-system.com), Integrated Inductor/Capacitor Component and Electric Machines Control.
