Most health data is collected after the fact or in narrow clinical settings. But much of human health is shaped in free-living conditions: what we eat, how we sleep, what we are exposed to, how our environments behave, and how our biology responds over time. Evolve is built around that reality.

The first operating version of Evolve is already turning on in Athens. Through ATH1, the platform is beginning to combine deep biology, food chemistry, wearables, building and environmental context, and AI-ready data pipelines before the full Ellinikon reference environment is complete.

Evolve is being anchored in a high-quality district environment at The Ellinikon on the Athens Riviera. This matters because the initiative is not trying to operate in a single room or single building. It needs a real-world setting at meaningful scale where research, food, hospitality, environmental systems, and daily life can be brought together.
