Join us for a fun ballet workout with the Dance Programme of the University of Nicosia. This webinar will include a fusion of barre and core strengthening exercises and exercises to tone leg muscles through classic ballet movements. Ballet is an integral part of the dance programme curriculum. Get ready to turn in and out and experience a complete ballet workout. It is recommended to have a chair or something to hold on to for the ballet barre portion of the class, a towel or yoga mat and your water bottle!
