Having a clear understanding of how technology is impacting strategies, processes and activities is becoming crucial for enterprises in order to succeed on the market. In the last three decades, scholars and practitioners have showed an increasing interest in investigating how technology is changing Human Resource function, its design and processes.
The webinar aims to inspect the role of the major technological trends on the evolution of Human Resource management processes. The considered technologies have been: Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Analytics, Social Media and hiring practices in the digital era.
