The Department of Student Affairs in cooperation with the Culinary Arts Department-Intercollege dedicated the 6th online tutorial on Thursday, 04 March at 18:00, to Tsiknopempti (Fat Thursday) celebrations. George A. Georgiou and Andreas Paschali, Culinary Arts Lecturers, will share a recipe of a Cypriot Grilled Meze Platter for this special day for Cypriots and Greeks.

Tsiknopempti holiday signals the beginning of the Greek Carnival celebrations period. On this day, barbeques are set up all over the country where yards, parks, taverns and streets are filled with the smells of grilled meat.
