Women worldwide are faced with career barriers and challenges. Although the number of female managers has increased significantly over the last few decades, the rate of progress is slow and uneven. The gender pay gap still exists and strongly held stereotypes are resistant to change. This webinar aims to provoke a discussion on the road to breaking the glass ceiling.
The online seminar is free and open to all, but it is aimed primarily at gymnasium and high school students, university students as well as industry professionals.
