Blues/Rock Guitarists Mike Fearson & Pat O’Neill at the University of Nicosia

The University of Nicosia, in collaboration with the United States Embassy, hosts a performance and workshops by the blues/rock guitarists Mike Fearson & Pat O’Neill.

Mike and Pat interpret a wide variety of music and musical styles, to illustrate a comprehensive cross-section of the evolution of twentieth-century blues, rock, jazz, and folk, otherwise known as “Americana,” or American roots music. In live performance settings, they illustrate the enduring influence of the blues on rock, jazz, and pop music. Their classes and workshops focus on blues, jazz, and rock improvisation.
