The Centre for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and New Technologies (CIENT) with the support of the University of Nicosia, offers an experiential problem-based learning program designed to inspire and engage participants in the fundamental aspects of an entrepreneurial mindset and the unlimited opportunities it can provide.
Understanding and Implementing an Entrepreneurial Mindset
Inspired by the life-story of Pulitzer nominee Clifton Taulbert, the Ice House Entrepreneurship Program is designed to
empower learners by exposing them to entrepreneurial thinking while immersing them in entrepreneurial experiences
that will enable them to develop creativity and critical thinking, effective problem solving, communication, teamwork,
and other essential entrepreneurial skills.
Students who complete this course are able to:
- Develop critical thinking skills that will enable them to identify and evaluate entrepreneurial opportunities, manage risks and learn from the results
- Understand the process that enables entrepreneurs with limited resources to transform a simple idea into a sustainable success
- Understand and apply fundamental aspects of entrepreneurial thinking across disciplines and as a means of personal empowerment
- Establish goals, identify resources and determine the steps required to accomplish their goals

Participants who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion
