Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon

Dr Alexander Kroushovski is a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon with a broad clinical background across the public and private healthcare sectors in Cyprus and the UK, including work in major trauma units. His practice focuses on minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee, as well as joint reconstruction, with an emphasis on restoring mobility, function, and quality of life.

He has a particular interest in the management of knee osteoarthritis and is actively involved in the OA Active research initiative, promoting evidence-based strategies for joint preservation.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Kroushovski is involved in medical education as Clinical Assistant Professor and Clinical Skills Lead for the GEMD program at the University of Nicosia Medical School. He is dedicated to the training and development of both undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care.
