
Mr Harry Kogetsidis
Harry Kogetsidis has been a member of the academic staff of the Business School of the University of Nicosia since 2002. Before his appointment at the University of Nicosia, he was a lecturer in management science at the University of Luton (Bedfordshire) in the United Kingdom, where he was also in charge of the MSc in Business Decision Management programme. Harry’s research interests are in operational research / management science, problem structuring methods and systems thinking, and his work has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals and presented at international conferences in Europe, the United States and Australia. During a career that spans over a period of thirty years, he has developed and taught courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, and supervised a large number of final-year undergraduate projects and MSc and MBA dissertations. Harry is a member of the British Operational Research Society and the UK Systems Society (UKSS). He is also a regular reviewer for a number of Scopus-indexed academic journals in the field of management and, since 2010, a visiting lecturer at the Cyprus Police Academy.
