Wargaming on campus│Telling the game what to do: how controls shape the design

Wargaming will be on campus! Join us on 3 April at 12:00 at Cine Studio for an informative session by Wargaming! Come and hear an expert’s perspective on how input devices and their respective capabilities shape design philosophies in the medium across different genres and platforms. From repurposing existing ones such as keyboard and mouse to bespoke solutions like gamepads, VR-AR motion controls, all the way to the bleeding edge of custom on the fly control schemes in the steam deck, each requires a different approach.

The event will start with a presentation of Wargaming’s programmes and job opportunities.
