Centre of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
The Centre of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (CEDI) is a multidisciplinary research and policy centre consisting of scientists, administrative staff, that have research and/or professional expertise in matters of gender equity, diversity, and inclusion.
CEDI aspires to promote a culture of inclusion, equity, and pluralism, while promoting gender mainstreaming, respecting diversity, and maintaining a working, learning, and healthy social environment, in which the rights and dignity of humans are respected.
Scope
CEDI seeks to contribute towards further networking and the establishment of even further collaborations with high-quality research centres both in Cyprus and abroad.

In its efforts to address the practice and implementation of a holistic approach towards equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), the University of Nicosia has put forward a strategy that seeks to fill in any gaps and uncertainties over how we understand and embrace all of our community members.
