8. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
9. Payment of Application and Tuition fees
The application fee of €60 is payable once by the new students upon submission of their Application form and is NOT refundable. The application fee of €60 is fixed irrespective of the number of programs students may apply to. As a result, students who apply for more than one program of study pay a €60 one off fee and NOT €60 per program.
The payment of the tuition fees (i.e. deposit fee, etc) is made after the students are accepted/admitted to the programs and are informed by the University. The tuition deposit varies according to the program, etc and the student is informed accordingly of the exact amount to pay by his/her academic advisor.
10. Refund Policy
The application fee of €60 is non-refundable.
