UNIC Health, supporting the strategic growth of its Medical and Veterinary Schools, seeks a full-time Admissions Advisor based in Nicosia to join its Admissions Team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the admissions process of all educational programmes, applying agreed criteria in order to make admissions recommendations consistently and fairly,
  • Act as a point of contact with prospective students, parents, teachers, agents and advisors, as per the Admissions Team procedures,
  • Process incoming applications, checking qualifications, and providing accurate information and practical assistance to all applicants,
  • Maintain appropriate records, including details of student enquiries, applications, interviews and offers,
  • Support UNIC Health in meeting its targets for recruitment across all programs,
  • Identify ways to help raise the profile of UNIC Health Internationally,
  • Actively participate in Open Days, Educational fairs, High School conventions, Agent events in Cyprus and overseas and be flexible with work schedule during these days
  • Assist other members of the Admissions Team in routine and occasional activities as defined by your supervisor, and to perform other duties as assigned by the Admissions management

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree (minimum) – postgraduate studies an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing or business development; higher education admissions experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Sales and marketing skills and a history of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of higher education policies/regulations; willingness to learn.
  • Independent, initiative-taking, and analytical.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work with diverse stakeholders, detail-oriented, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Integrity, confidentiality management, and customer service focus.
  • Be results-oriented, with a high attention to customer-service to attract and retain leads.
  • Availability for domestic and overseas travel, with flexible hours during peak enrollment season.

The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
