UNIC Health, supporting the strategic growth of its Medical and Veterinary Schools, seeks a full-time Senior Careers Adviser based in Nicosia to join its Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Tracking of all students and their career pathways from orientation-to-graduation and beyond
- Maintain and expand Careers Office student data sources
- Provide step-by-step support to students and alumni and prepare required documentation for all post-graduate application and licensing processes
- General administrative duties for the smooth running of the Careers office
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role with minimum 5 years’ experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Customer service oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work consistently with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union / European Economic Area.
