University of Nicosia Joins NEOLAiA Staff Mobility Training Meeting in Ostrava

Two-day meeting brought alliance colleagues together to discuss the management and development of Staff Networks

On 12-13 October, representatives of the University of Nicosia, Stella Stylianou, Senior Erasmus Officer, and Eleni Charalampous, Erasmus Officer, visited  NEOLAiA partner University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic for a two-day training meeting.

The visit brought together in person colleagues involved in Task 4.3 – Staff Mobility for Training, which is part of Work Package 4 – Enhanced Mobility.

Throughout the two days, participants discussed the management and development of Staff Networks. They exchanged ideas and best practices, shared experiences, and explored the challenges they had met, along with possible ways to address them.

The training provided valuable insights and practical ideas that will contribute to strengthening collaboration within the NEOLAiA alliance and the further development of Staff Networks and future staff mobility activities.
