The winner will be based:
- On the Amount of Body Fat Lost
- On the Lean Body Mass Added and
- Total Body Weight Change Using the most advanced bio-electrical impedance device, the “SECA mBCA 515” (SECA medical Body Composition Analyzer).
Each participant’s results will be assessed at the beginning and the end of the challenge. The winner will be declared PROPORTIONALLY based.
