The Career Success Centre is bringing to you the chance to join the International Programming Proggy-Buggy Towel Contest 2025 organised by DataArt! The event will take place online on Sunday, 25 May 2025 at 13:00.
Our concept is inspired by The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, where a towel is the ultimate essential for an interstellar hitchhiker. In this contest, it represents your courage, wisdom, and readiness to tackle algorithmic chaos. Plus, it’s the perfect debugging companion.
You’ll face 13 algorithmic problems, some simple, some that’ll make you think twice. Pick any programming language, code solo, and take part online.

Who Should Participate?
We invite students, developers, testers, and all individuals with a passion for programming, an understanding of program development, and an appreciation for concepts like “console applications” and “standard input/output streams.” This contest is open to anyone who enjoys tackling unsolved problems and pushing the boundaries of their coding abilities.
