Successful HIV Test Day at UNIC Main Campus

16 February 2024 The Mobile Clinic in collaboration with the Student Affairs Department, the Medical Centre, the AIDS Solidarity Movement, and the Cy Checkpoint, organised a STI testing day on Wednesday, 14 February 2024. Twenty medical student volunteers, along with volunteers from the AIDS Solidarity Movement and Community Health Workers from the Cy Checkpoint, offered free, anonymous rapid tests for HIV and Syphilis. Ormideia’s UNIC Medical Centre welcomes the mobile clinic for community care

On Saturday, 21 October 2023, the Mobile Clinic visited Ormideia village, located in the  Larnaca District. Fourteen medical student volunteers  put their clinical skills into practice and provided Blood Pressure, Glucose and Body Mass Index measurements to the residents of Ormideia and the neighbouring communities.
