The BOOST project has launched a new survey designed to strengthen research and innovation (R&I) competences and career pathways for researchers and research support professionals in Widening countries, in line with European Research Area (ERA) priorities.

Discussions focused on how higher education can better reflect current industry practices and anticipate future labour market needs. Through structured exchanges and joint planning activities, partners addressed ways to adapt curricula and teaching approaches to the fast-changing demands of the IT sector.

The project brings together 26 partners from education, industry, and research across six European countries, with a shared mission to close critical skills gaps and equip learners with the digital, green, and inclusivity competences needed for the future of the built environment.

On 27 October 2025, partners from the University of Nicosia (CY), University of Patras (GR), Fundación Flors (ES), Politehnica University of Bucharest (RO) and MERAKI Projectes (ES) gathered at the University of Nicosia for the Kick-Off Meeting of the Erasmus+ project “PRAISE – Programming, Robotics, and AI Skills for Educators-in-Training.”

ENLACED focuses on European citizenship and democracy, combining innovative methodologies from language teaching, Intercultural Citizenship Education, and challenge-based learning.

This anonymous survey targets not only the countries participating in the project – Cyprus, Poland, Italy, and Sweden – but citizens across the entire EU.
