Βased on the instructions of the Ministry of Health, the second phase of the National Adult Vaccination Scheme, which concerns the vaccination against herpes zoster, is implemented.

If you are eligible please fill in the questionnaire by Wednesday, 20 April 2022 so that we can order the appropriate quantity of vaccines and call you to arrange the appointments.

Beneficiaries of free vaccination:

GHS beneficiaries from 60 years and 0 days onwards up to 75 years and 364 days of age, irrespective if someone had suffered previous episode of herpes zoster.

ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ

Βάσει οδηγιών του Υπουργείου Υγείας, τίθεται σε εφαρμογή η Β’ Φάση του Εθνικού Σχήματος Εμβολιασμών Ενηλίκων η οποία αφορά στον εμβολιασμό ενάντια στον έρπητα ζωστήρα.

Εάν είστε δικαιούχοι συμπληρώστε το ερωτηματολόγιο μέχρι την Τετάρτη 20 Απριλίου 2022.  Ακολούθως θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας για διευθέτηση ραντεβού.

Δικαιούχοι δωρεάν εμβολιασμού:
Δικαιούχοι του ΓεΣΥ από 60 ετών και 0 ημερών μέχρι 75 ετών και 364 ημερών, ανεξάρτητα αν αναφέρεται προηγούμενο επεισόδιο προσβολής από έρπητα ζωστήρα.
