"Yunho Jeon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence Software at Hanbat National University, where he has been shaping the next generation of AI professionals since 2023. His research primarily focuses on enhancing the efficiency of deep neural networks, with applications in computer vision, time series analysis, and other advanced domains. Notably, he achieved recognition as the 3rd Winner of the Accuracy Challenge in the M5 Competition, organized by the MOFC/UNIC, showcasing his expertise in time series forecasting and algorithmic precision.
Before joining academia, Dr. Jeon accumulated over a decade of industry and research experience. As the Chief Technology Officer at mofl Inc. from 2020 to 2022, he spearheaded AI-based solutions for supply-demand optimization in retail and mobility sectors. At SK Telecom, he led the computer vision team, advancing deep learning for video applications. Earlier in his career, he served at the Agency for Defense Development, developing target detection and tracking algorithms and earning national recognition for his technical contributions. Dr. Jeon holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Seoul National University."
