Currently a Principal AI Engineer at Proprio, she pioneers AI advancements that redefine medical imaging and surgical applications.

Previously, Jocelyn served as Senior Manager of AI/ML at Johnson & Johnson, where she led a global team to develop and deploy AI solutions enhancing surgical education, clinical efficiency, and product innovation. At Verb Surgical, she played a pivotal role in establishing the ""Intelligent Surgery"" initiative, directly contributing to its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson.

During her tenure at Microsoft, Jocelyn transformed revenue forecasting processes by implementing machine learning solutions, including co-authoring the ""baselineforecast"" R package and creating a Python-based forecasting system integrated into Azure services.

Her academic roots include postdoctoral research at Stanford University, where she developed machine learning models for cancer pathology, advancing computer-aided diagnosis tools. A passionate mentor, Jocelyn has guided aspiring data scientists, with one mentee earning accolades as an Intel Science Talent Search Semifinalist.
