The Russian invasion of Ukraine has demonstrated that conventional and unconventional tactics have a role to play. Our joint event looks at how Russia uses disinformation in Ukraine and beyond, as a means of controlling a favourable narrative. The event is co-organized by the Diplomatic Academy of the University of Nicosia and the Embassies of Ukraine, Sweden, United States, France, Poland and the British High Commission.
