IPCNS Announces the Honourable Members of its Advisory Board
The Institute of Public, Cyber and National Security is privileged to have on its Advisory Board honourable members who are former and current distinguished leaders of National and International Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Institutions.
The purpose of the Advisory Board is to provide the Executive Director of the IPCNS with an external perspective and advice, support and guidance regarding the work, strategy and policy of the Institute. The IPCNS draws invaluable knowledge, expertise, guidance and support from the Honourable members of its Advisory Board.
The members of the Advisory Board are:

Mr. Louie J. Freeh – Chairman of the Advisory Board
Former Director of the FBI
Founder and Chairman of Freeh Group International Solutions, LLC
Louie J. Freeh is founder and Chairman of the consulting firm Freeh Group International Solutions, LLC. Mr. Freeh also serves as Senior Managing Partner of the affiliated law firm of Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan, LLP.

Dr. h.c. Detlef Schröder
Executive Director of CEPOL
The Executive Director of CEPOL, Dr. h.c. Detlef Schröder was appointed in this position on 16 February 2018. Before, he was Deputy Director of CEPOL since August 2009.

Chief Constable Mike Cunningham
Former Executive Director of the College of Policing
Former HM Inspector of Constabulary
Former HM Inspector of Fire & Rescue Services
In 2009 Mike Cunningham was appointed Chief Constable of Staffordshire Police. Since 2018 he is the CEO of the College of Policing.

Professor Sir Jon Murphy
QPM DL LLB (Hons)
Liverpool John Moores University Centre for Advanced Police Studies
In 2010 Sir Jon Murphey was appointed Chief Constable of Merseyside Police. In 2014 he received a Knighthood in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
