FIRST TURNITIN UNIC EVENT
Turnitin UK and Interoptics (Athens) team up with the Technology Enhanced Learning Centre (organiser) to provide regular training support to all UNIC faculty and to any interested UNIC staff.
This first presentation on Thursday 16 December covered the new features being built into the Turnitin Moodle LTI, interpreting similarity reports (including hidden character recognition), new Feedback Studio functionality, and some future roadmap features. More training sessions are being planned for 2022 too!
SECOND TURNITIN UNIC EVENT
The Technology Enhanced Learning Centre (TELC) organised a presentation of Turnitin Feedback Studio and Draft Coach. The presentation was given by Jason Gibson of Turnitin UK and by Yiorgos Anastasakis of Turnitin (Interoptics) Greece. It is held that Feedback Studio reduces marking time, engages students, and improves learning, whereas Draft Coach helps students improve their academic writing and research skills by providing formative learning opportunities (see attachments). The presentation took place on 21 (Monday), February at 11 am Cyprus time
