ICAROS – VR FITNESS
Exercise and play by combining fitness and virtual reality. Train different muscle groups, focusing on core and upper body muscles. Ideal to improve core stability, functionality and reactivity.
CARDIO FITNESS
Cardiovascular fitness is defined as the ability of the heart, blood cells and lungs to supply oxygen-rich blood to the working muscle tissues and the ability of the muscles to use oxygen to produce energy for movement.
PERSONAL TRAINING
For the demanding individuals that require additional support in order to reach their goals, or for those people that need that extra motivation. UFit trainers and Private trainers are all CAO certified.
CROSS TRAINING
Crosstraining classes combine cardio exercises with a series of resistance exercises, which allows you to work different muscle groups. Our programs are designed to provide varied workouts that challenge you at your own fitness level. Consult with our instructor prior to entering the class.
