“My journey at UNIC has truly been the most fulfilling and enriching educational experience I have ever had, paving my path towards success.
The degree provided me with all the necessary tools for my careers goals. The position of the Commercial Counsellor of the Republic of Cyprus
to the Islamic Republic of Iran is far beyond anything I have ever imagined!”
Sabina I. Tofan, Commercial Counsellor of the Republic of Cyprus to the Islamic Republic of Iran MA International Relations, Class of 2018 Cyprus
“From Cyprus to New York! I am truly pleased with my decision to complete both my undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Nicosia. The knowledge and experiences I gained as a student at the University of Nicosia certainly shaped me as an individual but also as a professional. Studying in Cyprus has given me a great advantage in my current position at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Cyprus to the United Nations, where I get to apply all I have learnt during my studies at UNIC. I am definitely a very proud UNIC graduate, extremely thankful to my professors and all UNIC staff for their continuous support, guidance and for being an undeniable source of inspiration in my life.”
Rafaella Georgiou, Permanent Mission of the Republic of Cyprus to the United Nations - English Language & Literature, Class of 2014, MA in International Relations and European Studies, Class of 2016

“My experience at UNIC was worthwhile from every point of view! I had the opportunity to study in an exciting field, which is now growing exponentially given international and European Union developments. Not only did I acquire the necessary knowledge to work in this field, I also received high quality training in critical thinking, which has since allowed me to prepare a great deal of complex European research, innovation and lifelong learning projects. I was fortunate to meet great people from around the globe, and be taught by brilliant professors, who were and still are with me, every step of the way. I had such a great experience back then, that I’ve come back “asking for more” – I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor in Law (LLB) at UNIC. As a bonus, I met my present business partner here.”

Angeliki Solomonidou, International Relations & European Studies, Class of 2009 Law, Class of 2018
