Dear Staff Members,

We would like to inform you that the Erasmus Office is hereby announcing a new ongoing call for applications for Staff Mobility for the academic year 2016-2017 as the Erasmus Office has been successful in securing additional funding. Therefore the staff and faculty members are welcome to submit their applications  on an ongoing basis until the funds are absorbed.  Erasmus+ provides teaching/training opportunities for full time staff members of the University of Nicosia. The Erasmus Office will be forwarding opportunities for mobilities as they become available.

What is Erasmus Mobility?

Erasmus is an EU-funded mobility scheme which is part of the European Community education programme, operating with the support of the European Commission. It is based on partnerships between higher education institutions (HEI’s) in different countries within the EU and non EU Partner countries.

The Erasmus+ Study Mobility is a programme that offers full time staff members of the University of Nicosia the chance to travel to one of the 31 partner European and non-European countries, in order to teach or receive training abroad. At present, we cooperate with 221 partner institutions that could serve as a destination opportunity for our students.
