UNIC Health, supporting the strategic growth of its Medical and Veterinary Schools, seeks a full-time HR Officer based in Nicosia to join its HR Team.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Address employee concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote a positive work environment that aligns with university values and culture.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Proven work experience in the HR field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Postgraduate studies will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
