Roll out your yoga mat again and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that can benefit your body and mind

The UNIC Sports Office in collaboration with the Yoga instructor, Demetris Papapetrou, invites UNIC students to join a series of Hatha Yoga Sessions at Dance Studio II (Palaion Patron Germanou, 9, Engomi). The sessions will take place every Monday at 19:45 – 20:45 and Friday 18:00-19:00 (until Friday, 17 December 2021).

Yoga can help you add strength, flexibility, balance, and physical activity to your life.  It can also help you with sleep and managing stress to boost your physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga can benefit people of all ages and fitness levels, from children to adults to seniors.
