Launch of the Journal for Eastern Mediterranean Studies

EMSI will publish an annual English language peer-reviewed academic journal that promotes international dialogue and research with a focus on Eastern Mediterranean issues. The journal seeks to encourage scholarship issues, which affect and influence the Eastern Mediterranean, the Middle East, and global affairs. The Journal will publish high-quality research contributions that examine and analyze perspectives and questions that pertain to a wide range of disciplines such as geopolitics, economics, political science, history, diplomacy, international law, security, defense, intelligence, political geography, and other related fields.
