ABOUT EMSI 2020
The Eastern Mediterranean Studies Initiative of the University of Nicosia is proud to announce the 5th annual EMSI Conference, under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, on “Regional Cooperation in the Eastern Mediterranean: A New Era for Energy”. EMSI 2020 will take place at the University of Nicosia on 9 – 10 July 2020.
EMSI has established itself as one of the world’s premier conferences on Eastern Mediterranean issues. With over 150 participants, the EMSI conference continues to provide a forum for interaction among senior policymakers, governmental officials, politicians, energy, oil and gas executives, diplomats, business people, analysts, academics and the general public, to discuss the current legal, geopolitical, economic and environmental aspects of energy developments in the Eastern Mediterranean Region.
