UNIC Email Signature Templates

In an effort to properly brand all our email communications, we are providing this tool for all University of Nicosia employees to create their own professional UNIC work signature.

Copy and paste the template below (from name through logo) into the signature tool in your email program, then replace the generic information with your own. We are providing different versions of the signature depending on usage case.

The recommended font is Calibri but if it isn’t on your operating system already, you can use use Open Sans, Arial or Verdana as a substitute font. Font size should be 10pt or 11pt and text colour should be grey throughout. Your name should be in bold whereas the rest of the signature in regular weight.

We recommend that once you copy and paste the signature to your email program, that you proceed to edit it based on the above styling guidelines, as email programs frequently apply their own default styling on signatures.
