Dr Andriana Rapti
Dr Andriana Rapti holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour/HRM and an MSc in Management with HRM both from the University of Bath, UK. She has previously worked as an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour at Kingston Business School, London, UK. Prior to Kingston, she worked as a lecturer at the University of Bath and other academic institutions. She has been involved in a big number of research projects at the University of Bath and other top UK institutions and she has worked closely with practitioners on projects that received important funding from the government and other institutions. She is also appointed as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Bath.
Dr Rapti has published her work at top academic journals and she has presented her research at various international academic conferences (Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology). She has also received funding for her research and she is currently leading a large-scale research project. Her research interests lie in the linkages between employee engagement and its antecedents, the effect of HRM practices and fit perceptions on employees’ attitudes and employee attitudes in the gig economy.
