Marios A. Christou received a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Cyprus in 1998. In the year of 2000 earned an MSc in mathematics and in 2003 the PhD in mathematics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

His main research interest is solitons, numerical methods and computational electromagnetics.
