Building on the success of its predecessor, Intercollege, the University of Nicosia retains inquiry, investigation, and discovery at the heart of its mission, with the Research & Institutional Planning Office committed to supporting efforts in these areas. 

This site contains useful information about exciting research initiatives, designed to be of interest to students, businesses and faculty. The site also contains details on research policy and procedures, opportunities for collaboration with faculty, sources of research funding, international collaborative connections and, especially for businesses, links to the University’s consultancy, applied research and incubator service. 

The University has adopted a dynamic and proactive strategy on research, aiming to reach out to all its stakeholders and to work with them in developing ideas for academic and applied research, for the betterment of the community, country and wider region.

Utilizing the experience acquired over the years, the Research and Institutional Planning Office offers assistance and advice in a dynamic and well-informed manner. Enquiries from faculty, businesses and students are welcome, as are enquiries from all members of the community who may have an interest in any aspect of research.
